We offer multiple Group Programs for Adults, Parents, Kids & Teens
Chill Masters is a 6 week group for children who are affected by worry & anxiety. Parents also attend their own sessions, so they are able to understand anxiety and support their child outside of the group.
This parenting group offers support, problem solving, and education to parents coping with their youth who are difficult to manage.
Kids Have Stress Too
Kids Have Stress Too is a 3-part workshop from the Psychology Foundation of Canada designed to help children develop the coping skills they require to manage stress in their lives.
This is a parenting education program for parents/caregivers of children age birth to five.
CFS Regina offers our Together in Christ Marriage Preparation Course throughout the year. Learn about communication, finances, family planning, friendship, budgeting, spiritual life and more.
Circle of Security
At times all parents feel lost or without a clue about what our child might need from us. The Circle of Security™ program is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened.
Children Coping with Separation & Divorce
This group program helps children in understanding and coping with the changes that occur following their parent’s separation or divorce.
Young Parent Program
Our Young Parent Program provides a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where parents ages 25 and younger can ask questions, participate in group events and engage with their children and other parents in a safe and fun environment.
My Inner Canvas
Our My Inner Canvas will provide teens age 4-18 with an understanding of what anxiety is and ways to manage it – and it’s free! We will do this through group discussions, journaling, music, and visual arts-based activities. It’s going to be fun!
